We are looking for professionals for the mentioned vacancy for new projects in the bidding process. Although this position is not available immediately, your application will be reviewed and considered once the projects are finalized. Objective: To technically lead the CIVIL ESTRUCTURAL specialty in the execution of project management services in the office and field phase, ensuring that the works are carried out safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively, meeting client expectations and Worley standards.

Requirements:
Specific Knowledge: Construction Project Management of Brownfield in the mining, steel, cement, and metallurgical sector. Knowledge of engineering design processes and construction processes of mechanical equipment in the mining sector. Experience in projects in the steel and mining sector will be valued.
Specific Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the mining, steel, cement, and metallurgical sector in both engineering and construction, managing large-scale projects leading teams in your specialty and managing all project phases. Certified skills in Project Management and ability to work in a global environment with a high level of pressure. Experience in having worked on the supervision side of projects.
Academic Training, Accreditations, Training: Civil Engineer degree, with active registration in the College of Engineers of Peru (#CIP) and current ability.
HSE Skills: Actively promotes our LIFE value behaviors and applicable HSE Policies to the Discipline.
IT Skills: Intermediate use of Microsoft environment (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), AUTOCAD, and MS.
Personal Competencies: High degree of interaction at all levels, with Positive Influence on people. A good level of communication is expected at an oral and written level. Ability to manage contractor work. High disposition to adopt and promote an organizational culture focused on safety, operational efficiency, and objective fulfillment.
Other Skills: Autonomy, Entrepreneurship within the work, capable of working in a global environment, capacity for analysis, organization, being proactive and dynamic. Planning and Project Control Skills. Project and preferably with certification in English language intermediate or higher.
Work Modality: Site (Lima), Monday to Friday - On-site.
