Objectives and Responsibilities:

Act as the technical leader of the specialty in specific projects.

Lead the process team in accordance with Worley standards.

Manage the scope of the specialty in projects by identifying scope, ensuring timely completion, and staying within budget, applying the relevant standards and regulations.

Participate in client and inter-disciplinary meetings.

Prepare proposals.

Required Skills and Experience:

More than 8 years of experience in Copper, Silver, Gold Mining Projects.

Preferably with on-site experience in mining.

Preferably: SX/EW + BoP + General Infrastructure.

Functional understanding of heap leaching and SX/EW (PFDs, P&IDs, basic mass balances, operational criteria).

Understanding of crushing and agglomeration equipment, as well as mobile conveyors and material handling systems.

Experience or a strong execution mindset to transition from a PreFID project to FEL 3 and EPCM.

Fluent English. Availability to travel. Good communication skills.
