We are looking for an electrical engineer to lead our local team. The professional should have great knowledge in management, technical expertise, and experience in developing Electrical Projects in the areas of Oil & Gas (onshore and offshore), Chemical and Petrochemical, to perform in-person interface with the client, providing sustainable solutions, as well as directing our group of engineers in the development of the activities below and support in field survey.

Requirements:

Effectively proven participation in team management, negotiation skills, risk analysis, economic viability, logistics, marketing and project management;

MBA in Project Management or related field with more than 5 years of formation;

Training in Electrical Engineering with experience in the discipline and solid experience in developing Electrical Projects in the areas of Oil & Gas (onshore and offshore), Chemical and Petrochemical.

Possess solid experience in electricity work, advanced knowledge in national ABNT and international standards, work standards and good engineering practices. Ability to estimate project costs and write proposal content.

Experience working in project leadership and management. Knowledge, participation and monitoring of project scope/cost/time and discipline.

Proven experience in Conceptual, Basic and Detailed Project Development

Ability to make responsible decisions for those that are characterized as difficult, complex or uncommon.

Participation in project execution strategy planning.

Proficiency in the English Language.

Responsibilities:

Technically lead and manage the Electrical discipline team, reporting to the Brazil Manager;

Verify and approve technical engineering documents and studies of the Electrical discipline;

Elaborate, verify and approve the planning of the team and the project;

Elaborate, review and approve the procedures and standardizations of the project documents, issued in 3D and 2D format of the Electrical discipline, validating the use of BIM methodology;

Elaborate, review and approve documents containing work instructions, organograms and workflows of the Electrical discipline;

Elaborate, review and approve reports containing monthly activity records and evidence of deliverables related to the activities, aiming at the control of team hours and performance analysis;

Coordinate and accompany the team in the development of the stages of uni or multidisciplinary engineering projects ensuring scope, deadlines, costs and quality of the projects;

Technically support the project team in the elaboration of activity lists, resource leveling and project schedules.

Participate in Working Groups, Commissions, Audits, Hearings and Meetings when requested by the company;

Perform verification of project documents to ensure technical quality (Electrical Studies, Calculation Memoirs, Descriptive Memoirs, Infrastructure Dimensioning, Cable Dimensioning, Lighting System, Grounding and SPDA System, Voice and Data System, Property Alarm and Fire Detection and Alarm System).

Support in change management together with the Manager and the Client, ensuring that we are delivering what was agreed.

Identify technical problems, define solutions and alternatives, establish pros/cons for the solutions and make recommendations through official project documents, such as technical consultations, technical deviations, etc.
