Worley is inviting Expressions of Interest for Graduate Engineering positions based in Reading, PA and Charleston, WV. We are inviting expressions of interest applications from graduates in multiple engineering disciplines to join the Worley team for a variety of upcoming projects. As a member of the Worley Graduate Community, you will work under supervision to support the delivery of engineering services to Worley and our clients. These are full-time Graduate positions located in Reading, PA and Charleston, WV onsite at the Worley office locations.

Disciplines we are looking for (Graduate Degree levels):

  • Mechanical Engineers
  • Process Engineers
  • Civil/Structural Engineers
  • Electrical Engineers
  • Instrumentation & Controls Engineers
  • Piping Engineers
  • Supply Chain

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver process engineering services that comply with Worley standards, customer requirements, and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Perform process engineering tasks, including:
    • Contributing to studies and analyses, and recommending appropriate actions.
    • Assisting in the preparation of detailed designs, drawings, specifications, data, calculations, and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with the process engineering team, project stakeholders, and customers.
  • Identify issues and challenges, develop practical solutions, and seek guidance when needed.

What you will bring:

Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:

  • May have Vocation Student/Internship experience in an engineering environment.
  • Technical and practical engineering skills.
  • Knowledge of the fundamental requirements of engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
  • Developing skills in engineering specific software.
  • Some skills in the use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Required:

  • A recognized engineering degree completed by June 2026, or an equivalent qualification that qualifies for Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
  • Typically 3 years or less of relevant discipline experience.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, with the ability to navigate intranet pages, conduct searches, and retrieve information.

Preferred:

  • Interest in the renewables, nuclear, power networks, power and/or chemicals industries.
