Qualifications:
BA/BS or equivalent years of combined experience and training.
5+ years of IT experience with 1-2 years of hands on experience working with the technologies listed above.
DoD 8570 Certification: IAT Level II or higher (Security+ CE, CISSP, or equivalent).
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate preferred.
3–5 years of experience administering Windows Active Directory environments.
Strong experience administering Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) in enterprise environments.
Deep understanding of Active Directory architecture, FSMO roles, replication, and domain trust relationships.
Proficiency with PowerShell for automation and administrative tasks.
Hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, GPO, and certificate services.
Knowledge of security best practices, including least privilege, auditing, and domain hardening.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex authentication and domain service issues.
Minimum Secret security clearance, TS/SCI preferred

Preferred locations: Honolulu, HI
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $110,000 to $165,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
