Team Lead, Security Operations Center (SOC)

Job Title

Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience within an enterprise-scale SOC or equivalent large-scale cybersecurity program.

Deep technical expertise in threat detection engineering, threat hunting, investigations and forensics, and incident response.

Proficiency with security platforms (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, TIP, AI/ML platforms) and cloud-native security tools.

Demonstrated success in automation, AI/ML integration, and advanced analytics for SOC efficiency and scalability.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and plan for future challenges.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on team development and collaboration.

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in information security, including understanding security frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS, and ISO 27001.

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $109,200 to $163,800 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
