Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of ten years' leadership experience in Professional Services.
- Experience in creating and supporting various services business models, delivery models and partnering arrangements, including Professional Services, Managed Services, Cloud Services, Staffing Services, etc.
- Demonstrated experience crafting win/win solutions with customers, sales and services delivery organizations.
- Demonstrated experience leading through influence in matrixed organizations.
- Strong organizational skills (PMP or PM experience).
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to tactfully and professionally address sensitive and complex issues.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to speak at the executive level and build relationships.
- Strong understanding of financial processes. Demonstrated ability to create pro forms, track project metrics, forecast future trends and manage change.
- Strong understanding of contract processes. Demonstrated ability to manage contract modifications and take the lead on negotiations surrounding contract scope, cost and schedule.
- Valid driver's license.
Additional Qualifications by Vertical:
Federal
- Excellent understanding of Federal customers.
- Experience in Federal RFI/RFP response process.
- Excellent understanding of financial and Federal contract processes.
- Able to manage contract modifications and lead negotiations surrounding contract scope, cost and schedule.
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
