Job Opportunity

Qualifications:

At least five years of experience in business development, sales, partner management, or related go-to-market roles, including:

1. Demonstrated success supporting strategic sales initiatives tied to cloud, security, application delivery, or edge computing technologies.
2. Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic technology partners and ecosystem providers.
3. Ability to collaborate with network, cloud, and security partners to support Akamai's solution portfolio.
4. Strong organizational, time management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
6. Passion for learning emerging technologies, especially in cloud security, zero trust, CDN, and edge compute.
7. Effective presentation and communication skills with technical and executive audiences.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $100,000-125,000 + commission. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
