Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with network OR server equipment such as servers, vmware, switches, firewalls, wireless, voice, security, and storage solutions etc
• Any relevant network OR server certification such as CCNA, CCMP, VMware certification etc.
• Ability to read engineering drawings (network design documents, rack elevation diagrams)
• Knowledge of a broad range of network infrastructure cable types and best practices.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential with the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
• Customer Service skills will be an asset
• Some travel may be required
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong Excel skills a requirement
