Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 year's experience in an HR administrative role
• Relevant professional major in Psychology, Business Administration or Talent management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships quickly. Bilingual English-Spanish. Portuguese is a plus
• Enthusiasm and self-motivation. An ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• You have a well-organized and structured approach to your work
• You're great at process management and have a well-structured approach
• Your work processes are well-managed and you take a structured approach
• Excellent IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience in maintaining databases with high levels of accuracy
• Ability to work in a confidential manner and deal with sensitive information appropriately
• A strong eye for detail
