Education Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Information Technology preferred or Associate's Degree in a related field preferred.

Work Experience

• 1+ years experience in a related field (Information Technology, Industrial Engineering and/or Telecommunications)
• Experience with telecommunications issues, experience with Radio Access Network (RAN), cell site/tower, and/or Radio Frequency (RF) is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with common OEMs such as Nokia, Ericsson, or Samsung is preferred.
• Understanding of principles of process improvement, root cause analysis.

Other Work Experience

Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to take instruction and independently execute on the directives.
• Ability to read engineering drawings (network designs documents, rack elevations)
• Knowledge of a broad range of network infrastructure cable types and best practices.
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities and the ability to prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Compensation/ Benefits

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $22.31-$27.88 an hour. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
