Qualifications:
- Create a team environment while leading in the delivery of operational excellence and financial performance, ensuring profitable services engagements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales, PS, internal support organizations, customers, OEMs and partners.
- Exercise comprehensive knowledge of WWT's professional service capabilities and continuously work to identify relevant ways these capabilities can be positioned to serve the customer.
- Develop and execute staffing plans to ensure successful delivery of services.
- Be the focal point of Professional Services escalation within your region.
- Track the financial performance of services and make suggestions to minimize risk and increase GP where possible.
- Promote and provide leadership in our core values (trust, humility, embrace change, passion and a strong work ethic, positive attitude, team player and honesty and integrity) to foster a positive work environment and high-performance teams.
- Provide vision and direction to your team and conduct strategic planning.
- Provide management support of your team and function.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.
- Continually analyze the business for process improvements and new opportunities.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $175,000.00 to $200,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
