The Role

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join a team that operates and evolves a complex distributed architecture spanning physical machines, Kubernetes and cloud computing environments. You will be part of a high-impact team championing operational excellence, reliability, and performance.

The Role Involves

• Working across multiple layers of the stack
• Participating in our on-call system as part of a shared rotation
• Collaborating closely with developers
• Mentoring and supporting junior support staff
• Helping integrate AI-driven solutions into our systems

What You'll Bring

• Strong Linux system internals, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid networking knowledge and ability to debug complex connectivity issues.
• Hands-on experience with complex distributed systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Kafka, Kerberos).
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools and modern SDLC practices.
• Proficiency with containers and virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar).
• Experience with observability/telemetry.
• Strong scripting/automation skills (ideally Python).
• Ability to collaborate with developers and help integrate AI solutions into production systems.
