As a technical, hands-on leader, you'll drive the creation of next-generation smart applications that impact over 60 million users and facilitate 50 million inference requests a day. This is a unique opportunity to lead a highly autonomous and ownership-driven team, tackling intricate business and user interaction problems with pioneering ML and agentic technologies. Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing agile team, ensuring timely project delivery of high-quality AI solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Innovate with Agent Tooling and AI Technologies: Evaluate, integrate, and deploy cutting-edge tooling/technologies, including LLMs, RAG, and orchestration frameworks like LangGraph.
• Mentor and grow your team by providing coaching and support for career and personal development.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to prioritize, plan, and deliver first-rate experiences for our customers.
• Recruit and retain a team of skilled engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

About You

You are a passionate engineering leader who thrives on collaboration and continuous learning. You're a self-starter who consistently delivers on your own initiatives and is committed to building high-quality, innovative software.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated engineering leadership.
• 5+ years of experience leading the AI/Machine Learning development lifecycle from conception to delivery.
• 3+ years of experience developing AWS cloud-based applications, leveraging FastAPI, Kubernetes (K8s), and Python as a primary language.

Other Qualifications

• Proven experience with machine learning, model development, emerging frameworks and algorithms.
• A deep understanding of what it takes to build and deliver high-quality, scalable applications, with a focus on test automation and performance engineering.
• A deep understanding of data engineering, data science, and other supporting disciplines such as emerging agent evaluation requirements.
• Experience in people management, with a commitment to the growth and well-being of your colleagues and a talent for building a psychologically safe and inclusive team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills that allow you to effectively navigate complex organizational structures and contribute to key business and technical decisions.
• The ability to understand complex requirements and communicate technical details effectively to diverse audiences, from your team to executive stakeholders.
