Revenue Operations Analyst

Become a member of Workday's Finance Operations Team, as a Revenue Operations Analyst! Our team drives action to improve processes and works to build rapport and trust with internal customers. This position reports directly to the Manager of Revenue Operations.

Main job tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Handling the timely and accurate integration of Sales Orders from Salesforce to Workday
  • Ensuring compliance with SLAs
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Revenue Recognition, Legal, etc.) to resolve Sales Order-related issues
  • Finding opportunities and lead initiatives that drive departmental and cross-functional efficiencies, particularly in system improvements and scaling of processes
  • Contributing to Monthly/Quarterly Revenue Operations Close (Journal Entries, Reconciliations, etc.)
  • Assisting with quarterly preparation of supplemental reporting for Senior Management
  • Supporting ad hoc reporting or data management requests

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in a Financial Operations / Revenue Operations environment, including general ledger reconciliations, accounting research, and/or journal entries
  • Accounting / Finance or other business degree preferred
  • Strong digital literacy is vital, especially in Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SFDC (SalesforceDotCom) experience is highly preferred
  • SaaS-based industry experience is a plus

Key proficiencies:

  • High attention to detail, accurate and organized
  • Proven track record for creating process efficiencies and solving problems
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to work with all levels of management
  • Customer service-focused and solution oriented
  • Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently
