We are seeking a creative and skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in building and enhancing our industry-leading Core Reporting and Analytics platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end solutions, from intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces to robust and scalable back-end services. You will work with a dedicated team of engineers and product managers to build the next generation of our analytics platform, empowering our users to gain actionable insights from their data through interactive dashboards, compelling data visualizations, and powerful ad-hoc reporting capabilities. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in the following areas:
Algorithmic Thinking : Understanding of core algorithms and data structures to solve complex challenges across the stack, from UI state management, rendering performance to back-end service optimization
API Integration : Experience working with modern APIs, including RESTful services, and integrating data from Java-based backends into React applications.
Code Testing : Familiarity with testing practices such as Unit, Integration, and E2E Testing, ideally using tools like React Testing Library to maintain quality and reliability.
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) : Working knowledge of OOP principles (e.g., encapsulation, inheritance) and how to apply them in Java and TypeScript when building reusable React components.
Software Development : Solid understanding of software development fundamentals with hands-on experience in React, TypeScript, Java, along with familiarity with HTML and CSS. Agile or Scrum team experience is a plus.
Team Collaboration : Comfortable working in a collaborative team setting, participating in code reviews, pair programming, and Agile ceremonies to support team efficiency and learning.
Technical Documentation : Ability to contribute to documentation for component usage, API integration, and internal best practices to support knowledge sharing across the team.
