About the Role

You'll build and evolve the core services that power agents and product features, with a focus on enterprise-scale workloads, performance optimization, and long-term architectural sustainability. You drive architecture and systems design to ensure our platform can support high volumes of data, entities, and demanding enterprise clients.

Design and decompose services and APIs for scale and clarity

Build eventing and queue systems for reliable, high-throughput data flows

Lead schema evolution, migrations, query/index optimization and caching strategies

Define and enforce consistency models and multi-region readiness

Optimize for performance budgets and privacy/tenant isolation

Work hands-on with TypeScript/Node, Postgres, and distributed systems primitives

About You

Basic Qualification

• Eight plus years experience in software development engineering, architecting, building, and scaling robust and efficient software systems.
• Four plus years experience in the following programming languages and technologies - TypeScript, Kotlin, Node.js, React and Tailwind.
• Experience with databases Postgres, Redis.
• Experience with GCP/Kubernetes/Terraform.

Other Qualifications

• Expertise in designing reliable, scalable and evolvable core services.
• Proven ability to proactively identify and mitigate system risks before they become critical issues.
• Strong focus on crafting clean, well documented API's that power seamless product experiences.
• Deep understanding of data security and isolation principles (e.g, tenant isolation and data privacy).
• Experience in optimising system performance to meet defined budgets under heavy load conditions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in distributed systems design and implementation.
