On behalf of our client, a leading provider of advanced software solutions, helping businesses streamline their operations, we are looking for an experienced ERP Support Engineer that will be based in Athens, Greece.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the effective resolution of technical issues
• Development and implementation of processes to optimize customer experience
• Collection and analysis of feedback from customers for continuous improvement of the provided services
• Coordination and monitoring of open support requests
• Cross-departmental collaboration for problem-solving and product feedback

What You Bring

• At least 3-5 years of experience in ERP, CRM, or a similar system technical support role
• Problem-solving skills
• Strategic thinking
• Decision-making ability / Initiative-taking
• Organization and methodical approach
• Knowledge of MS SQL
• Good command of English
