Our client, a Greek technical company active in Greece and abroad, is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to oversee construction sites in Germany. The position involves leading a team on earthworks projects, supporting the company’s productive operations.

A typical day on the construction site includes:

• Measurements and re-measurements of earthworks
• Coordination and supervision of technical collaborations
• Planning of activities based on project requirements
• Ensuring safety and environmental protection measures
• Preparing technical reports and documenting activities
• Managing project resources (human resources, equipment, materials)
• Collaboration with the design department and communication with project managers

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Engineering from a university or technical college
• Ideally experience up to 1 year in construction or a related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Completed military service (for male candidates)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in organization and time management
• Knowledge of the German language is an advantage
