Compensation: 77,600.00 - 97,000.00 - 116,400.00 PLN Annual

Hybrid work: 1 day home office per week
Utilize case management system to document and respond to member inquiries in a professional, sensitive, and customer-focused manner, providing timely and accurate information, clarifying issues, researching answers, escalating unresolved problems, and following through to ensure that each case is fully resolved in accordance with service level agreements.
Supports life-cycle management of members from recruiting and onboarding processes through termination. This may include activities such as: interview scheduling, background checks, file maintenance, and leave administration.
Update knowledge articles in coordination with Process Owner.
Escalate issues related to compliance to Sr. Advisor or Manager.
Collaborate with team members on process improvements.
Communication Skills - The ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders, including presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
Problem-Solving - The ability to identify and solve complex HR-related issues, such as benefits enrollment errors or payroll discrepancies.
Compliance Management: Basic understanding of HR Compliance; ability to research and learn. Asks questions or escalates if there is any uncertainty.
