HR Administrator Role

WOOD is hiring for HR Administrator Role.

Responsibilities

  • Enrolment of employees to/from the Health & Life insurance eligibility list and other benefits.
  • Generation of the list of eligible employees for Annual Salary Review per country, letter generation and issuance.
  • Prepare monthly and annual benefits reports
  • Maintain benefits records, SOPs, and process documentation
  • Support payroll teams with benefits-related deductions and reconciliation.
  • Invoice Check/approval for the payment of benefits

Qualifications

  • Business or HR Degree or relevant qualification is ideal, but not essential
  • Guidance please – English qualification to achieve candidates with a high degree of written/spoken English
  • Strong skills in Excel and Word.
