HR Administrator Role
WOOD is hiring for HR Administrator Role.
Responsibilities
Enrolment of employees to/from the Health & Life insurance eligibility list and other benefits.
Generation of the list of eligible employees for Annual Salary Review per country, letter generation and issuance.
Prepare monthly and annual benefits reports
Maintain benefits records, SOPs, and process documentation
Support payroll teams with benefits-related deductions and reconciliation.
Invoice Check/approval for the payment of benefits
Qualifications
Business or HR Degree or relevant qualification is ideal, but not essential
Guidance please – English qualification to achieve candidates with a high degree of written/spoken English
Strong skills in Excel and Word.
