Senior Inside Sales Representative

As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you bring extensive knowledge and expertise in managing complex sales activities and resolving sophisticated customer issues. You will serve as a key resource within the sales team, focusing on executing and problem-solving to improve sales processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and online channels to generate leads and close sales.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on marketing-generated leads.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to align on strategy and messaging.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

About You:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ESG, EHS, or risk management concepts is a plus.
