As Sales Operations Manager, you will be working at Libra, part of Wolters Kluwer's Legal & Regulatory Division. Within Legal & Regulatory division we help legal and compliance professionals enhance productivity, mitigate risk, and solve complex problems confidently.

As Sales Operations Manager, you will design, implement, and optimize the systems and processes that drive Libra's go-to-market success. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll act as the strategic link between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance—ensuring operational excellence, data integrity, and actionable insights across the entire revenue funnel. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone passionate about building structure, enabling teams, and turning data into decisions.
Nice to have: Understanding of Wolters Kluwer sales operations and/or Experience supporting high-velocity B2B sales teams in legal tech.
This is a hybrid and/or remote role, you colleagues at WK Libra or at Wolters Kluwer, are throughout Europe but you can connect and collaborate with your colleagues in person in the local office.
Location: Poland, Romania, Germany, Netherlands or Belgium.
