About the Role: As an HR Service Delivery Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR function by managing various operational tasks and providing essential HR services. You will be involved in processing complex HR transactions and delivering high-quality service to employees. Responsibilities include processing payroll, benefits, and other HR transactions efficiently, handling more complex employee inquiries and resolving issues, updating and maintaining employee records with accuracy, ensuring compliance with HR service standards and procedures, supporting HR program administration, including benefits and compensation, collaborating with IT to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, assisting in developing procedures for handling HR transactions, participating in process improvement initiatives, preparing and analyzing standard HR metrics and reports, and providing support during audits and compliance reviews.
