In a context of strong growth of the activity of EasyQuorum, we are looking to strengthen our sales team in France. In a market in full expansion, you will be responsible for the conquest of strategic parts on the segment of companies in different sectors. As a Business Developer, your mission will cover the detection, the needs assessment, the negotiation and the realization of new opportunities for EasyQuorum in France (but also Belgium and Switzerland). Under the responsibility of the commercial director, and in relation with the Sales Development Representative, you will intervene in full autonomy on the whole sales cycle of your target segments, to develop and maintain relationships at the highest level with our clients and prospects.

Responsibilities and missions:

  • Identification and qualification of prospects with high added value
  • Active prospecting multi-channel and via organic levers
  • Product presentation
  • Negotiation & closing

Integrated in the sales team, you will work in close collaboration with your colleagues SDR and KAM and CSM.

Profile sought:

  • Higher education of type Master in Business School or equivalent experience
  • First experience of at least 1 year in BDR or SDR desired
  • Experience in the sale of B2B digital services (Saas ideally)
  • Perseverant with a desire to contribute strongly to the development of a company in full international expansion
  • Willingness to perfect a sales career in the Tech B2B universe by passing through the big door.
  • Multitalented, autonomous, curious, open-minded, strong ability to assimilate
  • Rigorous, organized, at ease orally, capacity of listening and sense of relationship
