Job Title
Wolters Kluwer, multinational leader in the global provision of information tools and software solutions for professionals in the financial, tax, and legal fields, is interested in contacting professionals and graduates in economic subjects to be inserted within the department that deals with the support of the software product portfolio.
The resource, interacting in a structured and dynamic multinational context, will be inserted within a specialized team in the field of Accounting, Unique Models, and Accounting, and, progressively consolidating the knowledge of the regulatory and technical aspects of tax legislation, will be responsible for the following activities:
Customer support for functional clarifications aimed at the effective use of the software;
Active participation in inter-functional tasks with the relevant technical team in cases of assistance on strictly applicative issues.
Requirements:
Degree in Economics and Business;
Previous experience in the role or at accounting firms, labor consultants, or specialized consulting firms in Tax & Accounting or labor;
Solid regulatory and technical knowledge of tax legislation/accounting or labor;
Passion for technology and good knowledge of the Office package;
Excellent listening and interpretation skills of customer needs;
Attitude towards problem solving and quickly transferring effective solutions;
Strong predisposition to guide customers towards an approach aimed at innovation and efficiency;
Excellent relational and communication skills;
Enthusiasm and proactivity;
Propensity for continuous learning;
Team working.
