Við erum að leita af þjónustufulltrúa í hlutastarf (10 klst. á viku) til að ganga til liðs við þjónustuteymið okkar í Reykjavík! Við erum að leita að fólki á kvöld og helgar vaktir með möguleika á viðbótar dagvöktum virka daga fyrir þau sem geta.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assisting customers, couriers and restaurants through chat and phone
• Ensuring the delivery service runs smoothly
• Developing our service operations with the service team and other teams within Wolt

Our Expectations Of You

• You have excellent communication skills with personal flair and a strong focus on service quality and teamwork.
• Adaptability, ability to learn quickly and work on multiple tasks at once, and you are ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
• You can work flexible shifts on weekdays from 4:00 pm and from 11:00 am on weekends - our service center is open seven days a week.
• You speak fluent Icelandic and have good English skills.
• You need to work at our office located in Grósku House in Reykjavik.
• We do not offer remote work opportunities.
