Support Associates

We are looking for Support Associates in full-time and part-time/student positions for our team in Berlin-Friedrichshain.

You will be part of the live operation, communicating with all Wolt users - customers, couriers, or restaurants - to ensure the best support hungry people can wish for.

• You speak and write both German and English fluently at C1 level.
• This is a position with shift work. You can work mornings, evenings, and on weekends - Wolt is available to its customers seven days a week.
• You have already gained experience in customer-oriented jobs.
• You have a quick grasp, an eye for detail, and never lose sight of the big picture.
• You are tech-savvy, can type quickly, and are interested in digital products.
