Sales Coordinator - Chesterfield – Fusion Utilities

As a Sales Coordinator based in Chesterfield you'll be responsible for:
- Processing orders and quotes for customers
- Being the first point of contact for customers both over the phone and via email, dealing with queries, including invoice queries
- Following up with customers to see how their projects are going, ensuring items have been delivered and that there are no issues
- General administration duties
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm
And here's what we'd like you to have:
- Sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills both internally with the team and externally with customers
- To be comfortable and confident picking up the phone in a busy office and making calls to customers regularly
- To be able to drive to the office, public transport links are limited
