Operations Assistant - Aston - Pipe and Climate

As an Operations Assistant based in Aston, you'll be responsible for:
- Meeting and exceeding customers' expectations regarding service and delivery, as well as capitalizing on any available sales opportunities.
- Stock related duties, including helping load and unload vehicles, picking and packing customer orders, and putting away deliveries ensuring products are allocated to the correct areas.
- Various customer-related tasks as requested by the Branch Manager.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday from 08:00am to 17:00pm. We'd like you to have:
- Previous merchant/industry experience would be advantageous.
- A positive attitude and confident speaking to people.
- Excellent customer service skills.
