At WMH Solutions, senior technicians don't get stuck turning wrenches forever. They gain visibility, influence, and long-term career paths across service, parts, warranty, OEM programs, and leadership.

About WMH

WMH Solutions is a 38+ year leader in material handling, supporting warehouses, manufacturing, and distribution operations across the Southeast. With 11 locations and 250+ professionals, we deliver forklift service, fleet maintenance, automation, and aftermarket solutions that keep industry moving. We're an exclusive Linde Material Handling partner and a full-scale solutions provider — not just a dealership. Here, your work matters. Your growth matters. And performance is recognized.

The Role

As a Senior Field Service Technician, you'll operate independently in a company-provided service van, delivering advanced diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on forklifts and material handling equipment across customer sites. • Train and support junior technicians
  • Share technical knowledge and best practices
  • Lead by example in safety, professionalism, and workmanship

Customer Communication & Documentation

  • Communicate findings and service recommendations clearly
  • Complete accurate service reports, work orders, and repair documentation
  • Follow OSHA regulations and safety standards

Physical & Work Environment

  • Field-based role across varied job sites
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Standing, bending, kneeling, and working in diverse weather conditions
