Revenue Operations Specialist B2B

We are obsessed with creating beautiful and intuitive products so that everyone can use them easily in their daily lives; our connected scales, hybrid watches, blood pressure monitors, sleep monitors, and all the devices in our range are now used by millions of users. Our goal: to enable prevention, screening, and support for a number of chronic diseases through innovative products and services, in order to revolutionize the way we take care of our health. To accompany our strong B2B growth, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist B2B (H/F) responsible for structuring, optimizing, and evolving our commercial engine. You will ensure strategic alignment between the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, in order to strengthen overall efficiency and accelerate our development.

Alignment and Performance Management

  • Collaborate with management teams to define, track, and optimize performance indicators across the entire funnel (lead → closing → renewal).
  • Ensure the reliability of commercial forecasts, the quality of the pipeline, and reporting.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and track performance in different regions around the globe.

Process Optimization

  • Map and continuously improve B2B workflows: lead qualification, opportunity management, handoff to customer success, etc.
  • Identify operational friction points and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Support commercial optimization initiatives (sales enablement) to reduce sales cycles and improve conversion rates.

Data & Reporting

  • Ensure the quality and integrity of commercial data in Salesforce and other systems.
  • Design and automate dashboards and analyses for field teams and leadership.
  • Develop models for tracking ARR, churn analysis, and revenue forecasts.

Tools & Technologies

  • Manage and evolve our RevOps technology stack (notably Salesforce).
  • Ensure smooth integration of tools between marketing, sales, and customer relationship management.
