If you're the kind of person who enjoys being out and about, chatting with people, and making a real difference — this role's for you. As a Support Worker, you'll walk alongside people experiencing mental distress, helping them build confidence, learn life skills, and reconnect with their community. One day you might be cooking, cleaning, or going for a walk; the next, you might be supporting someone to reach a goal.
At Pathways, we're a team with big hearts and a "whatever it takes" attitude. We care about connection and wellbeing — and we love working with people who bring warmth and energy to what they do.
