This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00pm–11:30pm. You will join our Kuripuni Street service, supporting tāngata whai ora in a community-based mental health setting. The focus of this role is to empower people to build independence, develop practical life skills, achieve personal goals, and strengthen their connection to the community. Our service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. We strongly encourage Māori and Pasifika applicants, as well as people with lived experience, to apply.
You must hold a current full New Zealand driver's licence. You hold (or are working towards) the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 4) or a recognised equivalent qualification. Alternatively, you are willing to begin study within six months of starting and complete it within two years of commencing recruitment with Pathways. You must hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one. You have a knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the articles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
