Warehouse / Shipper

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Shipper, where you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill distribution orders based on picking lists and other documents with precision.
• Schedule trucks and handle Bills of Lading and packing lists.
• Deliver materials to various locations and obtain authorized signatures.
• Load and unload delivery trucks manually or using hand trucks.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming products and inspect for damage.
• Record information into computer systems to maintain accurate records.
• Preserve finished products for inventory storage.
• Assist in the kitting and assembly of component packages.
• Operate mechanical equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handcarts.
• Sort and store items according to procedures and maintain inventory records.
• Requisition additional supplies as needed.

Essential Skills:

• Proficient in operating hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Experience with deliveries and inventory control procedures.
• Strong teamwork orientation and flexibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to adapt to change effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of fasteners is a plus but not required.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
