Summary: Responsible for assisting the Program Manager with resident relations, community outreach, shelter operations, and janitorial needs. Must have a flexible schedule.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following:

Shelter Custodial And Grounds Keeping:

• Responsible for daily custodial and cleaning needs.
• Monitor the conditions of Twin Oaks Shelter property to identify safety and yard maintenance needs and report those needs to the shelter manager.
• Remove and dispose of litter and other refuge.
• Mow and trim lawns as needed.
• Remove snow from sidewalks, fire lanes, entrances, and driveways as needed.
• Maintain temperature, maintenance, and cleaning logs.
• Cleaning, set up, and changeover of resident rooms.
• Organization of supplies and consumable items.
• Perform other maintenance/laborer tasks as requested by the Shelter Manager.
