This is a temporary position that will end December 8th, 2025. Responsibilities include ensuring daily performance metrics are being met or exceeded, coaching and educating agents on how to improve their performance, creating an environment focusing on fun, enthusiasm, and accountability, taking initiative and showing leadership by creating performance improvement plans, administering coaching and disciplinary action when appropriate, handling both internal and client led performance discussions, performing other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or other management, ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to including, but not limited to Security, HR, Operations, etc., and that any known infractions are communicated to the proper management immediately, taking calls when needed, having at least 1 year supervisory experience, having an active Healthcare license, being able to work remotely, being flexible to work any 8 hours between 7AM-7PM EST Monday to Friday subject to change at client's discretion, having a college degree preferred or equivalent work experience required, being able to work under pressure, plan, meet deadlines and be accountable for the performance of others, having solid organizational, administrative, leadership and time management skills, demonstrating personal ownership of tasks and follow through to obtain desired results, having a keen sense of attention to detail, being skilled in determining why and how tasks should be attempted and their effective completion, having proven experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem-solving skills, having a typing speed of 25 wpm, having excellent written and verbal communication skills consistent with North American business standards, having availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs, having a high school diploma or GED required, having excellent attendance history required, and passing mandatory background checks which may include pre-screening, illegal drug tests and credit checks.
