Position Overview: The Table Games Operations Manager is responsible for all functions and financial aspects of the Table Games department. They ensure ambassador standards of performance regarding compliance with all Ho-Chunk Nation policies and procedures, objectives, goals, and gaming regulations. The Table Games Operations Manager also strives to provide a positive and entertaining experience which ultimately enhances every interaction. Customer service is our top priority for both internal and external guests.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of Table Games supervisory experience.
Other Qualifications: All casino employees will be subject to the Criminal and Background restrictions of the Ho-Chunk Nation. Must have a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and proper insurance. Must have perfect or corrected eyesight with the ability to hear game activity within an elevated noise environment. Cannot be colorblind.
