Lead efforts to define configuration and governance strategies for Copilot Studio. Support Copilot Chat rollout, including readiness planning and field enablement (launch scheduled for October). Break down work into actionable items and participate in sprint planning and execution. Conduct research, evaluate gaps, and anticipate platform updates. Provide hands-on support for Copilot-related inquiries and troubleshooting. Contribute to the revamp of the clients Power Platform strategy. Assist with usage tracking and adoption analysis.
Must-Have Skills: Expertise in Generative AI for productivity, including agent development. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 configuration, administration, and support: Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Purview, Viva Suite. Proven experience with: Power Platform rollout and enablement, Governance and compliance framework development, Supporting citizen development initiatives, Advanced PowerShell scripting, including use of Microsoft Graph API, Familiarity with Power BI report development.
Nice-to-Have Tools Exposure: Slack, Confluence, Miro.
Additional Requirements: Willingness to participate in rotating night/weekend support (every few weeks). Immediate availability preferred. Contract-to-hire potential. Expert-level experience required.
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
