We are seeking a Supply Chain Support Clerk to assist a local manufacturing company during their critical software conversion project. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong computer skills and a solid work ethic to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview: As a Supply Chain Support Clerk, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring accurate tracking and data entry of inbound materials. Your work will directly support the success of a company-wide software implementation, helping to keep operations running smoothly during the transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Pallet Tag IDs for all incoming ingredients and materials
- Accurately receive and enter data for inbound materials into the system
- Perform data entry into NetSuite for receipts of inbound shipments
- Assist with preparing and sending out customer samples
- Support other departments with various data entry tasks during the software implementation
Other Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong computer proficiency, including experience with ERP systems, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
- Clear and professional communication skills to collaborate with multiple departments
- Critical thinking and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic; this project is time-sensitive, and reliable performance is essential
