FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm. Onsite at Froedtert Hospital 3 times per week. Travel to Froedtert West Bend and Froedtert Menomonee Falls 1x per month. Travel required to Froedtert Holy Family Hospital 1x per month. Remote 1-2 days per week (subject to change due to business needs)
Job Summary: Ensures efficient and effective daily operations of the Patient Financial Services Department, including a high sensitivity to our corporate compliance guidelines, and supervision of processes and systems in financial counseling, customer service, and cashier services.
Two years management and leadership experience required. Recent experience in Revenue Cycle, Social Work, or Case Management supervision preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Social Work, or related field required. In lieu of degree, a minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible experience in hospital financial counseling, patient access, or revenue cycle operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, may be considered as equivalent.
Problem solving and well developed analytical skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Computer Skills. Experienced in Microsoft Word & Excel. Epic ADT/Prelude and HB Resolute experience is preferred.
Federal and State Certified Application Counselor certification required or must obtain within first 1 year of employment.
