As a Sr Sales & Technical Operations Specialist, you will help to enhance productivity of sales and support the organization with technology and process improvement.
You will be primarily responsible for helping to develop and implement the TDS Telecom strategic and tactical initiatives in acquiring, retaining, implementing, growing, and billing profitable customers through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems integration, data analysis, and workflow. You will implement and manage through understanding all data including validation, augmentation, system integration, and analytics.
In this role, you will focus on supporting the Commercial Sales and Support organization with CRM changes and business transformation, while working in partnership with the Manager-Sales & Technical Operations. Within our sales operations team, this role will collaborate closely with Commercial Sales, Support, Marketing, and IT teams to help define and implement solutions related to sales and support strategy, process, organization, and applications, based upon understanding the challenges and business needs. You will also help to gather data and artifacts needed to analyze and execute the project or task. This position has the ability to work remotely in any of the 40+ States in which TDS Telecom operates.
