This experienced and dynamic Senior Civil Engineer will lead civil engineering projects, guiding the design and implementation of high-quality civil systems across sectors such as healthcare, commercial, institutional, and higher education projects. In this role you will:

• Collaborate with civil engineering leadership on day-to-day activities, delivering best practice civil engineering services to clients
• Serve as the lead civil project engineer, providing direction to the design and construction teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
• Advise on project staffing needs and work with leadership to ensure appropriate resource allocation for civil engineering projects
• Monitor the quality and consistency of civil engineering design documents, ensuring they meet all regulatory, client, and project specifications
• Eevate best practices within the civil department, coordinating shared tools, processes, and promoting knowledge sharing across the organization
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within the engineering team and across HGA to strengthen the company\'s network and drive collaboration
• Foster a culture of innovation, integration, and entrepreneurship and contribute to ongoing professional growth within the team
• Mentor junior engineers and staff, providing guidance for their professional development and growth within the organization

You will need to have:

• Bachelor\'s degree in civil engineering from an EAC-ABET accredited program and a current Professional Engineering (PE) license
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the design of civil systems for healthcare, commercial, institutional, and/or higher education project types
• Proven ability to lead the design of site improvements for complex projects, with a passion for delivering high-quality and innovative design solutions
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
