Location: 100% Remote, USA

We\'re looking for an experienced Software Engineering Lead who is passionate about building modern, scalable, and secure web applications. In this role, you\'ll mentor and guide a team of talented developers, while driving the technical design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. As a key technical leader, you will shape the architecture, enforce best practices, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional products that make a real impact.

What You\'ll Get to Do:

Technical Leadership

• Lead a team of software engineers to design and build modern web applications using multiple web technologies.
• Frontend Technologies: React/Angular; Backend Technologies: Object Oriented Programming Java/C# and Python.
• Define, document, and enforce coding standards, development processes, and engineering best practices.
• Drive solution architecture and play a key role in high-level design discussions.

Hands-On Development

• Contribute directly to coding and implementation of key features and components.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure the highest standards of quality, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in both development and production environments.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and QA teams to deliver features on time and with excellence.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.

Cloud & DevOps

• Leverage Microsoft Azure for application hosting, storage, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring.
• Champion DevOps practices, including automated testing, continuous integration, and seamless deployments.

Skills and Experience

Professionals at this level are seasoned experts with strong leadership capabilities and technical depth. Typically, you\'ll have 10-12 years of experience and be comfortable collaborating across functions, leading complex projects, and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
