Our great client has an immediate opening for a ServiceNow Business Analyst. The business analyst position is to ensure compliance with all internal and external data standards and to promote quality improvement within IT operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Implement and communicate best practices to identify quality processes throughout the organization
  • Maximize the potential of ServiceNow\'s IT Operations Management software by ensuring data quality
  • Develop and produce dashboard reports
  • Conduct data evaluation to ensure compliance and efficient service delivery
  • Assist with research and analysis of configuration, asset, and application data
  • Assist with investigating customer issues and contribute to recommendations for action as needed
  • Experience analyzing data, compiling reports, and communicating feedback
  • Report writing experience to evaluate and assess programs

Qualifications:

  • Excellent decision-making skills and complex problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of computer competency, including Excel, presentations, word processing, internet navigation, database application, and dashboard design
  • Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities and the ability to be flexible with changing needs of the organization

Must Have:

  • 2+ years ServiceNow administration experience
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and decision making skills with demonstrated sound judgment gained from experience in analyzing technical information

  • Advanced analytical skills using Excel
