JOB REQUIREMENTS: Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers\' problems. Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must have experience as a service writer or experience as a service tech We are looking for someone to join our team at Milwaukee Cycle. We are the largest supplier of used cycle parts in the Midwest. This is not an ordinary place and this is not an ordinary job. We are building the dealership to be a destination for people looking to build something or fix a daily ride.
