In this role as a highly technical Senior Network Engineer, you will lead large, complex projects involving network design, engineering, configuration, and operations across TDS’s integrated voice, video, and data infrastructure. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in multiple network technologies, integrating diverse solutions to create a cohesive and reliable network environment. You will proactively drive improvements to processes and standards within Technology and Service Delivery, while collaborating extensively with vendors and contingent workers, assisting with escalations, and mentoring team members. This position requires strong leadership capabilities to successfully guide large project teams and support management in analyzing the business impacts of technology decisions, often presenting recommendations and results to senior leadership. This position has the ability to work remotely in any of the states in which TDS Telecom operates. Responsibilities include understanding and following established processes, and completing assigned work in accordance with established quality measures to plan, engineer, implement, optimize, or operate TDS’s combined voice/video/data network infrastructure.
