Scope of Leadership Role: A key influencer of Regal Rexnord's short and long-term business success depends on the ability to have the right talent, in the right roles at the right time to drive the enterprise strategy. Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, this unique role is responsible for providing strategic HR Technology leadership and supporting HR Shared Services delivery model to enable Regal Rexnord to execute its global HR Strategy. This role collaborates with HR COEs, HRBPs, IT, and our external partners / consultants to continually develop the most appropriate Technology solution for key HR processes and leveraging our HR Shared Services team to support our evolving business strategy and position the company to attract & retain top talent.
Core Responsibilities: This is a hands-on role that is responsible for assessing existing HR technology and HR Shared Services processes globally against the HR and business strategy. You will be responsible for developing an overall HR Technology & Shared Services strategy with supporting roadmaps, budget and change management plans. The role is also the key liaison between HR and the IT organization. Responsible for evaluating and implementing a clear and cohesive technology framework, centered on Workday, in partnership with HR COE Functional owners that enable the facilitation of efficient HR processes and service delivery for talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, high potential pipeline, succession planning, goal setting, performance management and associate engagement. From a technology perspective, Regal Rexnord's core environment is Workday, and this is supplemented as needed by other systems and tools. Our Shared Service team is based in Manilla and provides global transaction support for HR and Business partners. This role will seek to build on our current Workday and Shared Service utilization and help take us forward in the next phase of our development.
Develop Roadmap to take Regal Rexnord on the next phase of its Workday evolution, ensuring we are fully leveraging existing Workday capabilities, including expansion of manager & employee self service capabilities, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting our performance management processes. Support COE on key projects outside of Workday to ensure successful implementation and integration with Workday as required (e.g., Learning Management System, Engagement Survey Tool). Build internal Workday competencies both within the HR IT and COE functions. Develop key reporting and dashboards to provide the organization with the metrics and insights to help support informed decision making, either within Workday or by leveraging third party tools.
