Duties and Responsibilities of Job: Summary: The Salesforce Analyst is responsible for supporting and improving our SFDC environment by collaborating with IT and business users to sustain and improve an environment that enables us to operate simply and efficiently within our Salesforce.com environment. This role will leverage technical expertise and customer service skillset to troubleshoot and correct production issues within Salesforce as well as collaborate with business SME\'s to continue to enhance our usage of the SFDC platform. This role will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand the application, the business process that it supports and build relationships with key business users.
Project Details:
Job Experience: Deep knowledge of Salesforce.com platform including proficiency in Salesforce Lightning. Self-starter who is assertive, independent and can work without close supervision on multiple, concurrent projects. Outstanding verbal and written skills. Strong documentation and training skills. Ability to lead and facilitate diverse groups of people to move towards solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of Agile methodology and experience implementing projects using them. Experience with Jira user story creation, backlog navigation and maintenance. Certified Salesforce Administrator Hourly Rate: 48-64
