TJ\'s Auto & Collision Center is seeking a personable, driven Sales Associate to support our experienced team in a flexible, part-time position. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping them feel confident and informed throughout their buying experience. You\'ll listen to customer needs, guide them toward vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget, and support them through the purchasing process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building experience in Auto Sales while maintaining a flexible schedule. Schedule details: approximately 15-20 hours per week Fridays & Saturdays as needed. This role is ideal for someone seeking consistent but limited hours in a supportive workplace.

What you\'ll do:

• Greet customers and guide them in selecting vehicles that fit their needs, budget, and lifestyle
• Support the sales process by assisting with financing details, warranties, documentation, and trade-in evaluations
• Follow up on online leads, assist with digital marketing efforts, and help convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain accurate sales records, vehicle history reports, and perform basic market and inventory research
• Support daily operations by assisting with vehicle preparation, maintaining a clean sales area, and providing backup support to management during high-volume periods

Qualifications required:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic math skills
• Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities

Preferred:

• 12 years of experience in automotive or vehicle-related sales

Compensation: $15.00 per hour + commission
